Warming up to running at 800m



What better way to start a new post on a new blog to show my commitment to start running.

I have always detested running, always giving the excuse that I can't focus on the run, giving up immediately after a few meters. 

Out of the blue, I decided to go for slow jog on Sunday evening of 800m. Yes, the body was cursing but I decided to run it out. 

The aftermath was aching thighs and calves. I decided to give Monday a break and returned to the track on Tuesday. 

The second slow jog was not that bad this morning and it felt more refreshing. 

Hopefully by doing something different morning, I look to get different results.
